Eleven reasons to celebrate!

Happy Birthday sweet boy.  You are a delight to our hearts and we love you!!!

Ratchet rocked the party yesterday and it wasn't even his actual party!  We had a fabulous time in the park with ALL of the cousins and then we took ourselves over to the pizza place to give the evening a nice saucy ending.  What a great kid.

HAVE A HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY BLOGVILLE!

A happy, happy day!!!

When he is a little older, I have a few stories about him that I will blog about just to embarrass him a little.

Hint: Exploring the back yard with a 5 gallon paint bucket.

Happy birthday, Ratchet!
What wonderful photos, Shan. Parents can be so embarrassing! Hee hee.

Oh, and I SO want that Lego star destroyer. Awesome!

Those are some cutie pie pictures of your fella! They catalogue some adorable hair cuts, too, I might add!
I wish I was there to paint him another birthday banner:)
Be blessed on your b-day!!!

Wow Ratchet, how you have grown over the years. Love the photo of you and Dad asleep!
Shan, these are some adorable photos of your lovely boy.

Happy Birthday Ratchet! I hope it's not too weird that all these people you don't know from all over the world are wishing you happy BD. I hope you had a great day and you got to eat all your favorite kinds of food! Shan these photos are awesome (and I do like your different hairstyles).

Ohhh Shan. I about teared up. Little sweet boy is growing up. He has such an amazing personality. Don't know anyone quite like him. What an angel. Yes, I said it. And I don't care. :D He IS an angel.

JC-Can you believe that kid? sniff

Jason- OPE!! :D Does this mean the weddings off?

Dive- The star destroyer has since been destroyed! But he has a heck of a pile of grey Lego bricks where the ship used to be. That took him most of a Spring break that year but he eats it up. We are encouraging architecture or something along those lines for him.

And trust me. I am VERY embarrassing at times. ;)

Sars!!-Why aren't we emailing?! I can't wait to see you!! We do miss your birthday banner artistry but mostly...you.

Mme-Thank you. He has such a sweet spirit and has been the easiest kid to raise this far. The teen years are looking us dead in the eye now so I'm going to hold on tight.

Katie-I haven't shown him the comments yet. That will be fun. The other day I took a video and he said something about showing it to my blog friends so I thought that was pretty funny. I tend to say their names in my videos and then ruin them for posting. :)

Oh and yes, I've had a few hairdos in my day. I've always loved changing it up. I'm keeping the long as long as I can since it took two forevers growing it out this last time!

Trisha- He is the nicest kid to others and I love that about him. I'm glad you enjoy my boys unique qualities. They sure both have them don't they? I'm glad you live nearby again to watch them grow. they love their Auntie Trish. :)

Happy birthday, Ratchet!

And Shan, that first picture of him with Jamey is the best EVER. That totally made my day!

I don't know?? I wrote you last...TWICE:)

Hey Missy! I love that picture too because it just shows how the emulating all starts so young! There were some sleeping shots of me too but you won't find those here. ;)

Sars! I'll give you credit for one but group emails don't count lil' Miss thang. You are the one that did away with all other communication devices so nyah. I'll write soon little Senegalesian. Kissies

Oh, bleek! Did we forget to send happy salutations to your little guy? Terrible friend, me. Too busy pinching non-greenified people, I suppose . . .

Happy day, little friend o' my son. What a good kid he is. The pics are great--I love the one with his tiny patch of curls on top of his baby head.

And may I just laugh at the convo regarding who owes whom a note betwixt you and my sister--I say the SAME. THING. to her about the corporate notes, Shan. If I write a personal note back, I expect one in return, and newsletters don't count.

Poor Sara--the many demands.

The photo with your hair short? It is cut EXACTLY like mine! Except that you wear it so much better...

Did you like having short hair? I really miss that braid down my back sometimes.
